One Ski Hill Place // Rock Resorts builds at the base of Peak 8 in Breckenridge, Colorado

Snow capped mountains in the distance, while cranes finish up at One Skill Hill Place in Breckenridge.

We met with Andrew, the Front Desk Manager at One Ski Hill Place, at the base of Peak 8 in Breckenridge, Colorado. We did a quick tour of the facility, and I took some pics, that you now get to take a peek at. We already have a few weddings booked for later in the summer at the T-Bar, so let Andrew and the staff know that you found them on our blog.

When you first walk in, you are greeted with this massive stone fireplace, and have stairs that go up both the left and right sides.

You can't see it from this angle, but there are openings on both the left and right sides of the fireplace as well as the one you see here, as you walk in.

The low counter behind the red couch is the front desk check in. Recessed monitors and no tall counters to separate the staff and guest for more personal interactions. Interesting patterns and decor including wood tiles that are in the far back wall in this pic are some of the details put into this new definition of Breckenridge by Rock Resorts.

Walk up the stairs and look to the left in this room and you'll see a piano and couches, while windows look out onto the Ski School Building, Chair's 7 and 5, and the top of Peak 8.

From this pic, if you look hard enough, the half-pipe still holds a bit of snow. A door to the left, behind the piano, opens up to recessed outdoor patios.

Looking to the right in the room and you find a fireplace that warms both this room, and an adjacent bar / lounge.

The fireplace is just to the left in this pic, with a flat panel and couches waiting for you.

One of a few rooms available for groups. The main ballroom was filled with boxes and was not worth sharing at this time. We'll keep you posted.

Outdoor decks to the room led to this vantage point of the front of the building. The gondola unload is to the right in this pic. The T-Bar is just to the left of the gondola unload.

The inside of the T-Bar has TV's and a bar atmosphere, slope-side and ready for entertaining your crew of family and friends.

What it'll look like when you belly up to the T-Bar.

Now here is when I've saved the best for last. Here's why you came. To gather everyone after a day on the slopes, or trails, and stand outside on this deck and exchange your vows and look up at the majestic mountains in awe. Just try to imagine that without the construction trailer and trucks and stuff.
