Previously we mentioned the rain being one of the many variables possible with a mountain wedding. One thing to take into consideration is the caterer and/or food time table. Those guys are busy preparing and timing the food to be at its peak at a certain time. So, before extending your cocktail hour to wait out the rain for the ceremony, please remember the food!
